Do I need a Visa?

 There are 3 types of visa for entry to Indonesia:
1. Visa Exempted Countries
2. Visa on Arrival Countries
3. Single entry Visit Visa
  

Visa-Free

1. TOURIST VISA Exemption
Travellers from ASEAN enjoy visa free entry to Indonesia for 30 days for leisure, non-extendable.

Visa-Free Countries are: (with effect from 1 Dec 2023)

2. Visa On Arrival (VOA)
Requirement:
1. Passport with Minimum 6 months’ validity
2. Confirmed return airticket or onwards journey (applicable to tourist in Singapore)
3. Supporting documents of Permanent Resident, Work or Employment Permits, Student pass (applicable for work-pass
holders)

Visa Fee : IDR500,000 (S$50)
Travellers from the countries below can get Leisure Visa on Arrival (VOA) for 30 days, non-extendable

Please email the following information for application :

  1. Visa Application Indonesia  – Updated  Visa application form to be duly completed and signed by applicant.
    1. PASSPORT (Original and photocopy)
      Passport must be minmium 6 months valid
      – A valid passport that has at least 2 blank (visa) pages remaining
      – A photocopy of the bio-page of passport
    2. PASSPORT-SIZE PHOTO
      – 1 RECENT passport-size photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm) on a white-coloured background.
    3. WORK PERMIT Status(Photocopy)
      – Front and back of Work Permit issued by Singapore government, 
      – Latest Pass Information scan from SGWork Pass Mobile App
      – Employment Information Page from SGWork Pass Mobile App
      or SG e Arrival (for tourist in Singapore)
    4. Confirm Airticket / Ferry ticket
      (from Singapore to Indonesia and back to Singapore)
    5. Hotel Booking

      (from Singapore to Indonesia and back to Singapore)

– Tourist on Arrival : SGD $50 per trip (valid for 30 days – non-extendable)
– Tourist Visa : SGD $270 per trip (valid for 60 days)
– Business Visa : SGD $270 per trip (Valid for 60 days)

    1. Door-to-Door Collection :
      Collection available on every Tuesday and Thursday, between 10am to 3pm
      Booking for collection at least 1 day prior to collection date.
      Kindly seal all documents in a envelop and pass over to our courier service.
      We will review the documents once we recieve in office.

    2. Office Drop-Box (24/7) :
      Documents can be drop off at our Drop-off Box outside our office anytime at your convenience,
      and we will review all documents once we are in office and update on missing documents and payment.
    3. In-person Submission :
      We are in office for In-Person submission during office hours as listed :

      – Passport with visa will be ready for collection in our office
      – For delivery, we will arrange delivery to you 1 day after Return Date or on a weekday following if it date falls on weekend
