1. VISA APPLICATION FORM(Original)
   – Visa application form to be duly completed and signed by applicant.
2. PASSPORT (Original and photocopy)
   Passport must be minimum 6 months valid
   – A valid passport that has at least 2 blank (visa) pages remaining
   – A photocopy of the bio-page of passport
3. PASSPORT-SIZE PHOTO
   – 1 RECENT passport-size photo (taken within 3 months) on a white-coloured background.
4. IDENTITY CARD and Pass Status(Photocopy)
   – Front and back of Identity Card issued by Singapore government, and
   – For EP, SP, WP, STP, LTVP, DP : Latest pass information scan from SGWork Pass Mobile App (scanned within 1 week from application)
   – PR : Re-entry permit
5. WORK INFORMATION
   Employed :
   – Company Letter (Original issued within recent 1 month)
   Stating current employee status indicating Name, Designation, Salary, Date of hire, Date and purpose of visit
   – Letter of Consent issued by MOM (for LTVP/LTVP+ holder)
   Self-Employed :
   – Latest printout of ACRA biz profile
   Student :
   – School letter (Original issued within recent 1 month)
   Stating Name, Passport no, and Student Status

   Unemployed :
   Sponsor Information
   1.Spouse
   – Spouse’s Company Letter (original)
   – Spouse’s Passport Bio-data Page (photocopy)
   – English Marriage Certificate (photocopy)
   2. Child (Working child sponsoring Parents)
   – Child’s Company Letter (original)

   Note : Birth/marriage certificate that is not available in English must be translated into English and endorsed by the issuing
   country’s Embassy/High Commission in Singapore.

6. BANK STATMENTS
   – 3 months Singapore bank e-statement (Photocopy) or
   – Bank Passbook (Orignal and Photocopy)
   Note : Overseas bank accounts are not accepted.
7. PROOF of K-ETA DENIAL – (if applicable)
   – Only applicable to applicants whos have applied KETA and got denied

   – Korean company may obtain the document from www.hometax.go.kr
7. PROOF of K-ETA DENIAL – (if applicable)
   – Only applicable to applicants whos have applied KETA and got denied

1. VISA APPLICATION

   – Visa application form to be duly completed and signed by applicant.
2. PASSPORT (Original and photocopy)
   Passport must be minimum 6 months valid
   – A valid passport that has at least 2 blank (visa) pages remaining
   – A photocopy of the bio-page of passport
3. PASSPORT-SIZE PHOTO
   – 1 RECENT passport-size photo (taken within 3 months) on a white-Colour background.
4. WORK PERMIT Status(Photocopy)
   – Front and back of Work Permit issued by Singapore government, and
   – Latest Pass Information scan from SG Work Pass Mobile App
   (scanned within 1 week from application)
   – “My Employment Information Page” from SG Work Pass Mobile App
   Please note helper need her Singpass to download this information
   (scanned within 1 week from application)
5. EMPLOYER INFORMATION
   Employer Company Letter :
   – Company Letter (Original issued within recent 1 month)
   Stating current employee status indicating Name, Designation, Salary, Date of hire, Date and purpose of visit
   – Letter of Consent issued by MOM (for LTVP/LTVP+ holder)
   Self-Employed :
   – Latest printout of ACRA biz profile
   If Employer unemployed :
   Sponsor Information
   – Spouse’s Company Letter (original)

   application)
   – PR with Re-entry permit

   Travelers Birth Certificate :
   – Look after young child below age of 13: Child’s English birth certificate (photocopy)
   – Look after elderly above age 65: Employer’s English birth certificate (photocopy)
   – Other humanitarian reason(s): Relevant document(s) to prove necessity of bringing domestic helper to Korea

   Letter of guarantee for Domestic Worker :
   – Please complete Guarantee Letter (Original)

   Note :
   – Domestic helper must be hired by the employer for at least 6 months during time of visa application in order to be
   eligible.
   – Their duties is to look after young children aged 12 and below or old folks 65 and above or special needs/medical condition.

        Collection available on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 10am to 3pm
        Booking for collection at least 1 day prior to collection date.
        Kindly seal all documents in a envelop and pass over to our courier service.
        We will review the documents once we recieve in office.
